Plagiarism

Junal Wasatiyah: Jurnal Hukum implements a strict anti-plagiarism policy. Submitted articles must be the original work of the author and have never been published or are in the process of publication in other journals. All manuscripts will be checked using Turnitin software to detect similarities with other works. The journal sets a maximum tolerance limit of 25% for similarity. If the article exceeds this limit, the author will be asked to revise or may be rejected
